Building a personalized home is not an easy task. It is an important project, and should be advised by professionals. It is crucial to have a builder who can guide you through every step of the process. We take the project as something personal, we make all parts of the process a comfortable, transparent and predictable experience. Below we show you the services and processes that we carry out to build a personalized home, designed to measure or from a standard model to your selection. For any questions or clarifications that may arise, we will be happy to assist you.
Ground
We can install your house on any type of terrain, something that could not be with a regular type: a steep slope, hillside, or on a cliff. The main thing to consider is the accessibility to your property to be able to make the delivery and the installation of the house. Ideally, the roads leading to the property should be at least 7 meters wide, and not many curves or steep slopes.
Viability
If you are already the owner of a piece of land or are considering buying a new property, we will evaluate the land to ensure that the installation of a prefabricated house is feasible. This involves exploring the route from our factory to your site and preparing an accessibility study. Our company maps the different configurations of roads, power lines, trees, low and overhanging bridges, slopes, and elevation changes that could affect transportation or installation. If necessary, we will also identify a nearby area to park the modules on the day of delivery.
Personalize your design
You work with your architect to develop your plan and elevation. We will work closely with them, especially if they do not have a prefabricated experience, to make sure they are completing a design that lends itself to the way we build. We will also work with them during the development of the design, when you choose your finishes, accessories and other materials, to make sure you understand the most profitable solutions we offer, as well as the options that we consider most sustainable and healthy. If you have already completed a design, we have a service where we review it and let you know if it is feasible for prefabricated and if there are any changes that I would suggest making it easier / possible to do.
Permissions
We take charge of the necessary permits for the installation of the modules, all are supervised by complying with local laws and facilitating any type of process. Inspections are completed at the factory and the modules come with sealed walls.
Manufacturing
We coordinate all activities associated with the manufacture of your home, including coordination with the general contractor in charge of the project and the arrangements that the land may need, resolving any adaptation to the design, and maintaining the supervision and quality control during the construction process.
Our factory works with a purchasing agent to place the ceiling, floor, tiles, and lighting options that you selected in the design process. In case of change during the process, we also manage the orders.
Construction
All the contractors and constructors that participate in the project are managed by our company and we ensure maximum professionalism and seriousness in any of the phases of the construction.
Delivery and installation
The best part comes the day we deliver and install your home, the day of the move arrived! Our constructor ensures that the road is accessible, the parking is adequate and the necessary transport permits are available. On the day of installation, the crane is installed first, then the trucks arrive with the modules. At the end of the day, your house is in its place.
Connecting services
Once the modules of your home have been installed, there are still some important things to do. Water, sewerage, electricity and photovoltaic energy must be connected. Connect the appliances and solve the final touches in the interior spaces. The builder must make sure everything is finished so that he can finally say: “I’m at home. ”
